Jason Ridgway has been a salesman at Ridgway and Associates for 20 years. He started after graduating from University of Montana with a BA in Business Administration. An immediate move to open an office in Boise, Idaho provided and opportunity for the Idaho market to grow. Visiting end users on job sites, calling on engineers, distributor sales training and cold calls created the relationships moving forward. Jason relied on Jim’s expertise and quickly learned what was created in Idaho prior to the move. As the mutual goals were achieved during those 20 years, it became evident Jason was going to be the future of Ridgway and Associates. Jim and Jason created a succession plan and completed the sale on January 1, 2021. Jason is now leading Ridgway and Associates with the mission set forth by Jim 40 years ago.

Jim Ridgway has over 40 years of sales experience. His impressive tenure involves manufacturers that partnered with Jim when he started in the sales field and continue to this day. Distributors that pioneered lines represented by Ridgway are the reason a mutual success was born. Jim saw the potential for both the manufacturers and the distributors to grow together. He understood that if those two integral players in the sales process were profiting, his business would thrive. As the relationship with the professional contractor grew through training, new product introduction and providing solutions to problems, the circle was complete. Jim Ridgway is a name ingrained in the manufacturing and distribution channels. He continues to be a steward of our industry.
